We all have those lazy days where we just don’t want to get any work done, or anything at all!
The question is how can we snap out of these mindsets in order to maximize the amount of work we get done. Maximizing our output is what’s usually on most successful people’s minds, and it sure isn’t a joyride.
Self-motivators are those that are able to get through the day optimizing what they are doing without the need for a cup of coffee or tea.
For example, this morning I was at my apartment looking at the sunshine out the window and I see this lady jogging a full speed while sipping my cup of Joe. What I noticed about her was that she had no headphones on meaning she was able to work up a sweat without any reminders or music in your ears. And I thought to myself: If only we could all be self-motivators like that lady!
Self-motivation can be achieved by anybody, from any direction! Just do some research in figuring out what motivates you and take it from there!
